User Registration Procedure

Site Password Reset Procedure

If you know your existing password
you may change it here.

can provide just your account name, and an email will be sent to the email
address on file from which you can request a new password.

If you do not know your account name
or if you are not receiving the password reset email, you can enter your
contact details and a Culminis leader will contact you as soon as possible.

9) Reset
SharePoint Password
We have worked with Culminis to
clarify the process that you need to follow in order to obtain a new password
for the CAEAP SharePoint website.
Here is the procedure:
a)
Access the Culminis account management page: http://accounts.culminis.com/AccountManager.aspx
and select from the I need to...
pull-down box: I've lost my password and
need a new one.
b)
A new screen will open with an entry box for your
Culminis Account Name; key in your account name and click the Submit Request
box. Culminis will acknowledge with a
new screen that confirms sending an email and the address it went to. (If you get an error here, you've likely
entered an improper account name).
c)
After a minute or so, you will receive
an email from technical@culminis.com. It contains instructions and a temporary
security code.
d)
Follow the instructions and navigate
to: http://www.culminis.com/ChangePasswordByCode.aspx
e)
This page contains an entry box for your
Culminis Account Name, another entry box for the Security Code, and two entry boxes
for your new password (key-in and, rekey-in).
Key in your account name, and copy / paste the security code into its
box. Then key in your new password in
the other two boxes (note the password policy statement, it requires that you
use a strong password). Finally, click
on the Submit Request box. That's it;
you should receive a confirmation window immediately.
f)
Now, you should be able to use the new
PW to open the CAEAP SharePoint portal.

10) Forward
caeap.org email
To set up the caeap.org Office Live Mail system to
automatically forward email to another address, follow these steps:
a)
Log in to Office
Live email using your credentials (already mailed to you).
b)
Click on the Inbox
link under Check Office Live Mail, this opens your email page.
c)
In the upper right
corner of the email page, click on the Options link to open the Options menu
list.
d)
The bottom menu
option is "More Options", click on it to open the Mail Options
Window.
e)
Under "Manage
your account", click on "Forward mail
to another e-mail account" to open the email forwarding setup
window.
f)
Set up the
forwarding as needed, click on the radio button labeled “Forward email to another
email account”, and fill in the appropriate email address in the text entry
box.
Of course, if you wish, you can cancel the forwarding by clicking on the radio
button labeled “Don’t forward”.
g)
Click on the Save
button (lower right of screen).
h)
Logout from Office
Live and you are finished.
11) Update
contact list info.
To update your contact info, e.g., on the PPG contacts page:
a)
Login to the PPG
contact list page.
b)
Right click on
your last name.
c)
Select edit from
the context menu.
d)
Change items as
necessary.
e)
Click the OK
button.
